EN545 PN10 Double-Socket 90-Degree Elbow, compliant with EN545 standard and PN10 pressure rating. This fitting is used to connect two pipe sections to achieve a 90-degree right-angle turn for the medium, mainly water. The double-socket design delivers reliable sealing and secure connection for easy installation.
Both left and right ends are sockets (recessed female ends); rubber gasket grooves are pre-machined inside the sockets; no flanges and no glands (T-type / Tyton push-on joint).
A stop shoulder inside the socket limits the insertion depth of the spigot; gasket retaining grooves are provided on the inner wall of the socket.
Nominal pressure 1.0MPa (10bar), capable of withstanding medium and low pressure for extended periods, meeting the needs of routine water supply scenarios such as municipal and irrigation applications.
All products undergo 100% water pressure testing before leaving the factory, complying with EN545 standards to eliminate potential leakage risks.

The main body is made of ductile iron, commonly grade 500-7/450-10 (compliant with ISO1083 standards), combining the toughness of iron with the strength of steel.
Tensile strength >=420N/mm², yield strength >=300N/mm², impact resistant, deformation resistant, not easily broken, suitable for long-term use.

Both ends are sockets with push-on rubber gasket sealing. No flange bolts are required. It can be directly inserted into the spigot of straight pipes after alignment for quick installation. The joint allows a certain angular deflection to accommodate minor uneven foundation settlement and offers good seismic performance.
This sealing component comes with an EPDM rubber gasket complying with EN681.1. It is non-toxic, ageing-resistant, suitable for clean water and potable water applications and holds WRAS approval for drinking water. It features a push-fit socket design for quick and easy installation, requiring fewer fittings compared to flanged elbows. However, it is non-demountable and must be cut off for future maintenance.
This fitting is a standard 90℃ bend for pipeline direction change. It features a smooth internal flow path with low head loss. Applicable media include tap water, raw water, reclaimed water and irrigation water. The standard operating temperature of the medium ranges from 0 to 50 ℃ (freeze-free conditions), and it is commonly used for buried municipal water supply pipelines outdoors.
